    Stellar customer service! Affordable prices, quality workmanship, and met anticipated time frames. Miguel and Tambre' are extremely knowledgeable about what they do, which is EVERYTHING you could ever need, including Pet Boarding! They responded to all texts immediately, they checked on my project directly at least once a day, they worked with other agencies arranged by my insurance company, and they were honest about what I truly needed and did not let others take advantage of my situation. Hire Miguel and Tambre' you will be glad that you did.

    Bathroom Remodel project

    Demolition went well, and the first part of construction also went well. After only a week and a half, things went downhill in almost all aspects. We were told the project would be 2-1/2 weeks. We KNEW it would be longer, but never thought it would last 5 weeks. And the only reason it didn't last longer, is because we put a halt to it, even though there were many needed fixes to the final product. Visually it looks good, but there are serious problems. The worst is the installation of the two faucets in the vanity area, being so close to the vanity backsplash, that the drain stoppers cannot be used without breaking them or gouging the granite backsplash. Obviously, the initial installation was poor, but the worst part is the management did not even look at the terrible mistake. We would have to endure a lengthier process and much more added stress if they had to remove the backsplash and start all over. Another source of irritation is that the shower head and attachment are not the quality we asked for. We will have to replace it at a later time. And we will have to live with the vanity backsplash and vanity faucets as is. The co-owners were extremely hit and miss when it came to customer service. We asked them to let us know the night before or the morning of, by telephone, if there would be a delay. We had to keep complaining about it because they would not follow through, until after at least 4 complaints. We also expected delays, but most of the time, the explanations for the delays were very questionable. Finally, because it was on a Thursday that the glass installation was done, the crew hurriedly tried to get everything else done on Friday in order to wrap up the job at the end of the week. The glass installer and electrician, in particular were good at their jobs. Bottom line is the co-owners do not know how to manage and are not really working in the best interest of the customer. We would not recommend EdLacer.
