I am disabled, a widow, recently moved to Cincinnati. I chose Building Equity LLC based on a friend’s recommendation. I was living in Dallas, waiting for ADA modifications to be done on the next house in OH. My contact was Mr. Tom Franxman, who kept in frequent touch with info, suggestions and recommendations. When I arrived, the house was perfect for my needs and beautifully constructed. His suggestions were appropriate and his ability to “hear” and create solutions over such a distance was remarkable. He respected my needs and my budget, his rates were fair and reasonable. I will rehire this company again as my needs change. Strongly suggest you give them a call.
