Permits

I would like to WARN everyone to NOT hire this "contractor". If there was a negative star review, I would use it. They hire inexperienced help (sometimes off the streets of Portland) and charge the customer top pay ($45-$65/hour) for labor. They abandoned my project after I paid upfront for work they never completed. They overcharged me $10,000 for 2 weeks worth of labor to fix a mistake that they did. (And the mistake never got fixed!!). And to top it off, after I fed their crew many days, and supplied water everyday, they stole over $400 worth of personal items from my property.
