99 Packer Hill Rd in Jim Thorpe. Hired Better Vision on July 17 with a promised start on July 20th and gave Justin and gave him a deposit of $1,220. It was agreed that Justin would be responsible to get the materials and transport them to the job. We told Justin that Home Depot or Lowes will not deliver to our location because of difficulty in getting to driveway. We also told Justin that there would be too many sheets of material to fit into a pickup truck. We called a sent texts when he didn't show on July 20th to the contact numbers we had. On Friday July 24th Justin sent a text back and you can see he takes great offense when we asked him to fulfill his commitment.
This is Justin. You must have mistaken such & texted David. At this point. Let me establish the fact *No material was ready for pick up until Wednesday. We then got the Material there yesterday. After it wouldn't fit into Pick up truck we went out of our way extra expenses & paid for a Uhaul Box truck. Never in my life have I experienced something so dramatic & made to seem as tho the delay of this job has been a direct result of my actions. We will return to unload drywall. Refund you your $ & you can terminate the contract then if this is such an issue NOT EVEN A DIRECT RESULT OF MY ACTIONS. Currently in the HOME DEPOT PARKING LOT. With a Flat! Only at home depot because THE WRONG DRYWALL WAS ORDERED & WE HAD TO THE NECESSARY DRYLOK COATING. Remediating a situation again not even a direct result of our actions. I can hang the drywall MYSELF IN 1DAY. & HAVE A TEAM FINISH IT IN 2.
Well it is July 28th and Justin is not responding. We don't have the job started or the deposit returned. Additionally, Justin just emptied the truck he mentioned on our lawn in a real sloppy manor. I have pictures upon request.
He also was to use moisture proof sheet rock but he ordered regular. They installed two sheets at some point and you really need to see the picture of that. It is a mess.
Obviously you can see this immature young man takes no responsibility for his broken agreements. Run from this company. We will gladly post again if Justin shows up and does the job or returns the deposit.
