    Anthony D whoever he is said it all. I’m in complete agreement and only would add that the a company representative only showed up to collect money but his absence caused much of the work to be sloppy and damaging to my property.

    Horrible experience with the Company “Building Unlimited Services”. They will do anything to get you to sign the contract. They will over promise and under deliver. The company is run by a man that is the basic fraudster/typical Miami Contractor. This owner will Lie and make up excuses to avoid fixing the problems he already agreed upon. He also pretends he did not say things he promised and will call the customer a liar even with witnesses confirming the statements. Do not sign with these people and if you do, make sure to put everything in writing with them prior to signing. The owner assured us that there will be minimal damage to the property and that the quality they provide is second to none (LIE). They are full of excuses. This company has horrible communication skills and they disappear and will not return the customers calls. They will damage and leave your property in shambles. They state that they are detailed oriented and will leave the job spotless. Again, another lie. This company fails to follow through and will not complete the job promised. At the end of the day, do not pay them unless they do what they promised. They also claim that everything is under warranty and when you call to make a claim they disappear and do not care to try to fix the problem. Horrible experience with dealing with this company and it administrators
