    Build a 24'x28' pole barn
    $15,000

We had another pole barn built by Built Best Barns in 2003 and were very satisfied with that barn so we called Jim when we were ready to have another barn built. We called Jim on July 2nd 2019 and met him at our property on July 3rd. We signed his contract and the barn was to be built in mid August. Jim supplied all the paperwork we needed to get our building permit. We met with our county building department and filled out the application on July 5th. The building department called on July 8th to say the permit would be issued. I sent Jim a text saying we had the permit, we actually received a call from Standale lumber saying that our materials would be delivered on July 15th. I then received a call from our builder Ricky Yats, he said they would start building on July 15th but actually started on the 16th. Concrete and site prep was done by Greg Prince and his crew who also work for built best. Our barn was actually built before it was scheduled to be built, this was an added bonus. I have absolutely no complaints, everything went smoothly. I found everyone from Jim, the delivery person from Standale, the builder and his crew to the concrete crew to be very professional and very polite. The builder and concrete crew supplied pictures as things were progressing as I was 3 hours away when it was built. The barn looks awesome. I recommend Jim and his company if your in the market for a quality pole barn.

Barn build improperly so walls bowed when concrete was poured. Eric from Fenton did the Concrete nothing but issues since, cracking everywhere due to improper install, no expansion between buildings even sfter I told him I wanted it there. Eric been giving excuses for 7 months now wont return calls. Jim and Eric you have a lawsuit coming your way. Best Built Barns My a"". Bunch of unskilled hacks.

This is based on facts from recently working with Built Best Barns. I recently had a 24 x 40 pole structure/garage built this January 2019. Needless to say the weather was not good. The material was ordered on the 7th of December 2018 and it was delivered on the 19th of December 2018 within 10 working days from the date Jim gave me. We did have some problem getting the trusses to job site because of trees. The delivery driver just dropped them out by the edge of the road but Jim called and in couple of days the lumber company sent a piggy back out and moved them to the build site. We had a team of 4 builders led & supervised by Joe Henninger. Joe and his guys are very good at what they do. They are experienced and seasoned builders of pole barns and I would hire them again. They were friendly, had great attitudes, did not complain about anything and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I was quite impressed on the last day when they spent almost 12 hours working until 8 thirty with little light, below freezing temps & blowing snow in order to complete the job because they knew worse weather was on the way. I highly recommend Built Best Barns based on these facts. These guys did a professional job. The barn looks great! GOOD WORK BUILT BEST BARNS!

Well here are the facts based on my experience with Built Best Barns. I recently had a pole barn built this January 2019. Needless to say the weather was not at it's best. The material was ordered on the 7th of December 2018 and was delivered within 10 working days on the 19th of December 2018 when Jim said it would be and it was excellent material. There was some problem getting the trusses back to my house because of trees so the trusses were dropped out by the road but Jim called the lumber company and they came out with a piggy back a couple of days later and got them back to the build site. There were 4 builders, lead by Joe Henninger and all of these guys are very good at their trade. They were very agreeable, friendly very easy to deal with. If you want quality and experienced builders these are the guys you want based on my experience! I was very impressed on the last day when they worked almost 12 hours in below freezing and snowing weather to complete the barn because they knew the weather that was coming was going to be a lot worse! Also, they cleaned up the site after they were done. Keep up the good work Built Best Barns!

have been done very, very wrong by James Eudis, owner of Built Best Barns and his builder Mark Price. Beware of this company and do not sign their phony contract. They will take your money, make a lot of verbal agreements and not give you what they said they would. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH BUILT BEST BARNS, LLC. Project started months ago, still incomplete and very poor workmanship, damaged materials, etc. James Eudis finally came out months after project started and agreed with me that this was not what he sold us or what we agreed to. He then came back out with builder and had a very different tune; told me that they were going to finish it the way they wanted to and not what we signed contract for, or shook hands on and agreed to. Very dishonest scammers. I can not believe how I've been treated by this company and it's proprietors. Both owner and builder made up all kinds of things that never happened or were never said. They take no accountability for the wrong they have put me and my family through. The builder Mark Price had every excuse in the book. Started the first day, took 3 days off, came out another day, took 4 days off, and this continued the entire month and a half he was there. He had every excuse in the book while working on my project as to why they couldn't come this day or that day. Arrived at 9:30, worked till noon, took lunch until 1, worked till 3 and done and this was how it went every day we had to deal with them. Lead us along telling us he was going to do things a certain way, how we wanted and agreed to, and ended up doing things how he wanted. Mr. Eudis never had any intention of making things right. Came out, saw the work, agreed the work was NOT what we agreed to only to come back out and tell me he was not going to make it right or give me what we had agreed to. I have been screwed over by Built Best Barns and out tens of thousands of dollars. Project is still unfinished months after starting. Water and ice are building up inside the structure now from being left undone and done poorly. Was told by the owner to basically hire an attorney.

Beware. Signed contract in June 2012. Barn still does not have final C of O, doors won't work, lots of damage to property, supplies, etc. No one wants to work but wants money. Owner will not return any of our calls or when he does he tells us someone will be out but no one ever comes out. Getting an attorney against them. Very very unhappy with the owner and all of his crews. Very poor workmanship, suppliers, etc. Would never hire them.

Beware of Built Best Barns. Doors don't work. Cracked cement within two weeks, very poor workmanship. Won't return phone calls. Complained to BBB. Hired an attorney against them. Very unhappy with their service.
