Whatever you do, do not use this company!!!! Horrible. I would NOT recommend Built Just for You (especially sister company Floors Just for You which is owned and operated by the same people) to anyone. We used the company for home remodeling and were highly disappointed with the quality of work and professionalism. Workers smoked and drank in our home (luckily we were not living in at the time of renovations) and leaving cigarette butts and empty beer cans all over! We didn't mind them blasting our gas burning fireplaces, even though the heat was on and it was 65 degrees out, but one worker burned some type of papers in our fireplace causing extreme soot to build up. There was a 2 ft by 2 ft hole they put in the floor and the guys carpeted over it saying, "it's not their problem" when it was their co-owner who put it there! The unprofessionalism of the owners and workers in unbelievable. This company ended up doing more damage to our home, that we are still suffering from today. The grout is cracking, carpeted over a 2 foot by 2 foot hole, no nailer was placed for the sheet rock so that fell apart, cracks in the tile, the railing was put on incorrect and came off, all spackling was poorly done with giant holes missed, when walking through the home (currently) there are nails, screws, and even a screw driver that was carpeted over. To top things off, the owners were given a change to fix everything, which was a huge mistake because they damaged the house even more. There is so much more to the mistakes and damage done to our home, its exhausting to even think about. The job was PROMISED to be fully completed by January 1, 2015 and the owners were fired on site in March after cursing me out. Because of the horrible job of not even tucking or cutting the over priced carpet, we pulled the entire job up and hired a new contractor to come in and fix it !! Also these workers carpeted over their cigarette butts, a screw driver, and debris. So for your own sake, STAY AWAY especially if you have a 203K loan because in the owner Mike's own words, "next 203k loan is getting screwed. We will rape them for everything."
