  new home was being built

  Absolutely NOT !!
  My home was poorly built in 2017 by this company.
  THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY STAND behind EVERYTHING they do.. NOT THE CASE
  my home isn’t even a year old and
  -my foundation has TWO large CRACKES FROM TOP to Bottom and my basement is getting water in it and traveling across the whole floor and flooding my garage.
  -Also the rear deck steps that run to the ground, well no cement pad under the last step just a cement block. The stairs in the front and back are sinking in the dirt causing the steps to twist, the rails are leaning towards outside. no footing (against code)
  - My dryer vent is not solid pipe, they installed 70’ of that flexible crap can you say fire hazard?. (against code).
  - My hardwood floor was installed not per manufacture direction and all of my 1100 sq ft of hardwood floor is buckling (lifting) and cupping along with many stress cracks in the wood (after further inspection from a reliable floor company who only does hardwood floors sad they used wrong sub flooring paper and did not leave a gap around the whole floor for expansion. 7k worth of flooring was wasted
  - the inside paint job is terrible !
  - siding on the house is buckling

  I tried so reach out to these folks and I believed them when they said they take care of any issues, that turned into B.S.

  - I contacted the RI state contractors lisc board and put a complaint against them...state came out and could not believe that tiverton even gave a Cert Of Occupancy . joist HANGERS missing ???? !!!!

  - The State contractors board has the complaint came out and looked and agreed that they should be liable and fix seeing house is not even a year old
  They (the contractor) AJ and his dad totally IGNORED the states phone calls and letters that was sent to their home .

  So not to be liable they did away with ALL IN construction LLC and AJ started his own company this one

  I have been waiting for him to surface again so I can warn anyone who is considering they to build anything freaking run like hell !!!!!!!

  they are not good for their word and will not make good for all their inability to properly build a house to code

  AJ has since blocked my calls

  DO NOT HIRE THIS GROUP OF MONKEYS they TOTALLY do not stand behind their work.

  terrible finish work also

  don’t even get me going about the landscaping

  I asked AJ to adjust my lazy Suzan because it was not closing and was all crooked he told me he did not know how to

  So make your choice and don’t say I did not warn you

  I am the last house that ALL IN construction built look it up and come to my house and see me and I’ll show you everything, save your time and do not go with Built Rte ! Run All away

  Now it is making sense why they did not keep the origional company..
  "one town ahead of the sherrif) but they will catch up with them before they screw another homeowner
