I've used Bunn's Heating and Air on several of occasions and have always been very satisfied with the quality of work and their professionalism. They are one of only two contractors where I've always been very happy with their work. They are the only heating and air contractor I use now. The other contractor is a roofer. My last experience with Bunn concerned my upstairs AC unit. It quit working on a Thursday night. Our bed room is downstairs and I didn't realize it wasn't working until my daughter informed at 10 AM on Friday morning. I called Bunn and they had someone out around 2 PM. It had a bad start capacitor which they replaced and added a lb of freon to my system. The unit is 10 years old. This got me back up and running. My daughter had a nice cool room to sleep in that night even with the very short notice to Bunn. The bill was extremely reasonable especially considering I have the obsolete R22 freon. The AC ran fine for roughly a week and a half and then just stopped. I called Bunn and they were out here in roughly 3 hours. The problem turned out to be the cut-off switch for the drip pan overflow was activated because of a clogged drain. The technician took about a 45 minutes to clean it out. I asked for the bill when he finished and was informed it was no charge. They have a 30 day warranty policy on service. They considered it covered since they were out at my place and worked on that particular unit within the 30 day period. I was shocked and very happy. They've installed 3 units for me, replaced a heat exchanger and done other minor service work for me over the years. They are a top notch company.
