Roof began leaking 7yrs after Burch did a whole replacement. New company discovered shoddy, unfinished work.
Burch didn't install new boots, left rusting vent, and flashing was poorly done (large gaps underneath). In addition, they took (stole) the existing attic fan that was working well, and boarded over its vent. Attic, roof boards, and shingles were deteriorating due to higher temp than before and poorer circulation.
