It was the worst experience we've had throughout all the projects we've done. There are several reasons why, which I will share, but I want to focus on the biggest issue. One day, while Keith was working on the shower I went to see how things were doing. He said there were "imperfections" and I asked like what and he replied, "I"m not going to tell you". The next day when he was "finished" with the shower I noticed our Schluter system on the niche was completely crooked, sharp, and uneven. When I pointed it out to him he said, "Yea, that's what I was talking about when I said imperfections". I could not believe that he knew it was bad work and left it in. Rather than fixing it he waited to see if we would notice. That is COMPLETELY unacceptable.
In addition there were several other issues. He chipped our glass mosaic tile and installed them anyways. He said, that's just what happens with glass tile. Which is false as we've personally put this in other showers and have NEVER had these issues. There is chipped tile throughout the shower. He also missed several grout areas. As a result, Keith came back to redo the project. It is still an incredible disappointment. Our tile is completely chipped wherever he made a cut. He knew this and said, "It's a new blade" and never thought it might be a bad new blade and try another he just left it. He chipped previously good tile trying to get the niches out to redo and left the newly damaged tile. When he redid the glass mosaic he put them in crooked. Our curb is sloped from left to right and not front to back and now drains to the outside of the shower. Our shower pan is pitched incorrectly and has a dip to the right of the drain where water just stands. There are STILL holes in our grout with missing areas and chips in the grout even though he went through it with a "fine tooth comb". He also quoted two weeks for the project and took a month. He said he'd come back again to fix the issues but we haven't heard from him since. It's the worst tile job I've ever seen.
I am so disappointed in this experience. Albeit, he is a very nice person, his craftsmanship is poor. We now have to rip it all out and redo the whole shower to fix it despite just having already paid Keith, it will now cost us 3x that to get it fixed.

Keith is an amazing installer and I would recommend him to any one. He is easy to work with and if I had any issues he was more than happy to fix them.
