I would NOT recommend this builder to anyone. We are currently living in a unfinished house - showers leak, holes in sheet rock, master fireplace half installed, damaged floors, roof repairs needed, warped doors, unfinished exterior, warped kitchen cabinets, master bedroom hangs over an 1" over foundation, and on and on. We have submitted and been accepted for fast track arbitration as we are now over a year from contracted finish date. Feel free to contact me privately to view our home for yourself if you are still considering hiring Dan Burdett to build your home.
