Nick Burge, his crew, and his "solutions" are the BEST. I had quotes from a slew of HVAC contractors over the course of three years. He was the only one who knew what configuration would fit exactly replacing our existing. ALL of the rest only knew how to sell products that they worked with so they (and I mean ALL of them) lied and said NOTHING was made that would fit in our spaces. Nick had SEVERAL OPTIONS. He squeezed us in before his scheduled work load started. Thank goodness! They were done in one day, and we have been so comfortable ever since. Furthermore, at the end of installation he spent all the time we needed explaining operations, settings, etc. on a system that had so many better features than we were used to having. Burge Solutions is honest, careful, considerate, and and a pleasure to work with. I recommend them to the highest degree possible.

Being 60yrs old, I have lived in my share of houses. As such, I have to deal with all of the routine maintenance that homeowner’s face: HVAC included. I was so happy when I discovered Nick of Burge Solutions. Based out of Thurston Co, I was pleased his company was willing to service my house in Pierce Co. Having work done that affects every hour of your home life: your quality of life, it is so refreshing to get to deal with a prompt company - one that left me with no worries about their service. Getting multiple bids, I was impressed with how I was able to get the same work done requested of other companies, at such a great rate. The service was very professional - leaving me impressed not only dealing with them, but also in the comfort that their quality work will have me relaxed for years to come. We had a very good experience with Burge Solutions. The quote for the installation of the heat pump was submitted in a timely fashion. Nick started work the day after Christmas and completed the job in less than two days. He kept us apprised of progress.

Nick is unfair we paid for our unit and it never worked right. After several times having him out to fix the unit ( and it still doesn’t work) he said he would refund or replace the unit. We waited in a cold house for weeks and when we contacted him again he refused to help us. We are left with no heat and having to ( as he put it) sue him.

I had a great experience having Nick install my heat pump. The installation looks beautiful I couldn't be happier with its performance. I had the condensation pump go out, a quick call to Nick and it was fixed immediately. I have all my friends and family go through Nick for any HVAC work.

Had mini splits installed in one of my many homes I build . Always on time and done correct . Always great customer service and workmanship.

Nick was the best contractor I have had when it comes to communication. His install was quick and on time. My mini splits and water heater have been working well for over a year.

Nick Burge was Excellent in every phase of the install. He responded quickly and was on time. The install was done in 2 days, His quote was competitive and his work was Great.
He changed out a two ton unit to a three ton unit. This required removing and reinstalling the entire furnace and reworking the sheet metal to fit a three ton coil, which is 12" taller. It looks perfect and works perfect. He put in a 3 ton Goodman 16 seer unit. My name is Steve B and I live in Renton.

I am completely happy with the work performed. Nick came and fixed another contractors mess at my home . Then 6 months later , I had a rental property that the gas furnace finally gave out , so I was in a jam , but nick came out on a Sunday to save the day. We weren't really sure what we wanted and Nick was very informative and helped us pick the right units for our needs/budget. There were 4 or 5 options and Nick didn't recommend the most expensive units and he wasn't pushy at all--just told us exactly what he would do if it were his home. We were impressed that he showed up when he said he would and it didn't take him months to come out. However, you get what you pay for and maybe there was a reason he wasn't booked out for months. After the furnace was installed, we instantly noticed problems. He refused to believe it could be anything related to the furnace or the installation and even when we offered a very obvious potential problem and had other HVAC specialists tell us we were correct, he still insisted we were wrong. He refused to even come look at it. We have videos and pictures. It cost over 50k in damage to our home and an entire winter and spring with no heat in our house. He was unprofessional throughout the process. Our insurance is covering the cost of the damage but it has been a never-ending headache that we are still dealing with. We have been living with our house torn apart, with no heat for months. It would have been a simple fix if he would have come out and looked at it. Every other HVAC company was able to come out and diagnose the problem quickly. Instead of leading to a bunch of damage, it could have been fixed early on if he was willing to just come take a look but instead he argued and was condescending and acted like we were the stupid ones. We have now hired other companies to fix his mistakes, fix the damage and install a whole new unit.
