Absolutely terrible company - all 3 guys. Don't trust initial estimate - means nothing . Jim would bump up the number at the speed of cars. Not to mention they lying straight into your eyes. They wouldn't come and finish the job unless you scared them with letter to the board and plumbing inspectors. Avoiding them you would do a great favorite to yourself. I don't think they deserve even a star.

This guy came here to replace my motor to the heater was here 10 minutes to check to make sure it was the motor and left to go pick one up in brockton and took about 15 to 20 minutes to replace it and charged for his trip to go pick up the motor and come back with it and charged me 1060.61

this guy came to our home to install a gas hot water heater
within an 1/2 hour after the install the carbon monoxide meters were going off
we called the fire dept they came evacuated the home and called the plumbing inspector who black flagged it for improper install did not vent it correctly and did not screw the vent hood down 2nd did not use pipe sealer on the gas pipe
we told them they can take there 1600 dollar water heater back that he bought at home depot for 600 and dont come back
we thought the guy was on drugs while installing it because he was acting awful weird
never again we hired a real plumbing company to do the work
