I have never come across such an unprofessional company in my life. We made an appointment to have an estimate done for a bedroom been put in ceiling and some drywall work. He never showed,,,so we called,,,he forgot and was at a family party. He made appointment for Sunday at 1pm...at 2 we called, and he forgot, was busy moving his mom,,,,than we made an appointment for Monday night at 7. However we noticed he was at neighbors doing work, so we approached and said, save yourself a trip and come over when your done....he thought that was good ideal, would be over in 20 minuets. Well an hour later we went over and said we can see your busy, just come by when your done.....we wer home eating dinner at 6pm, with our dog in the house, garage opened with car in garage, curtians opened, with lights on,,,,and went out front to see if they were still at neighbors and they were gone, and a card stuck in our door stating he tried bell at 6....and even though his truck was gone with just a workers truck there....our dog would of heard the bell,,,our home is not that big,,,,why didn't he knock??? We believe he never even tried and sent his worker with his card to stick in our door.
Who runs there business like this? How can you treat a potential customer like this....he dosnt need our business I guess, or our word of mouth referrals we may have given....not I would refer this company to my enemies....
