    Collapsed ceiling, mold removal, and broken hvac condensation pipe

    I’m a renter, and when my ceiling collapsed after moving in only a few months ago from an old leak that apparently had been going on for a while. Mason came the same day and cleaned the entire area to where it was safe to stay there and has been an excellent point of contact keeping me updated on everything and giving plenty of notice before they come out so I can make arrangements for my dog and I. It’s an ongoing process, but I’m so very thankful.

    Extremely difficult to work with. Contractor came out and didn’t want to do the work assigned and asked to reschedule. A different person from the company painted and the paint was so patchy it was laughable. The painter left materials and paint cans for the tenants to take care of. Incredibly unprofessional.
