We purchased a fireplace from a store and this company did the installation of it. They did the install and the fireplace didn't work. It took several weeks for them to come back and figure it out. It took several more weeks to get it working. It is a see through fireplace and after a few weeks you couldn't see through it anymore. It was covered in black. Takes them several more weeks to come look at it. Find out that they never converted it for propane gas. Great get it working again and within a month it breaks again. I have been trying to get them to come and fix it now for a couple of month and no one has came or seems to care. We are a drive for them but he agreed to install it, so he should use that as an excuse for not coming. So here I am with a $15,000 fireplace that has never worked how it should and it just sits not working. Horrible customer service and extremely rude to deal with.
