    Complete master bathroom remodel, new kitchen countertops, backsplash, and sink, new garbage disposa

    We recently had Burns Construction company complete a master bathroom complete renovation, new flooring throughout the house, kitchen countertops replaced with new backsplash and sink, opening of doorways, custom fireplace, new water softener installed, new garbage disposal, interior painting, and window shutters replaced. Brad was onsite to discuss our plans and continued to come out to make sure we stayed on track, stayed on budget, and was completely satisfied. Brad's team was just as great, and were always prompt and communicated each step of the way.
    The master bathroom reno called for a large glass shower panel, and Brad called in the right person to get the price where I needed it to be and they measured once and got the custom glass done right the first time. I also wanted a particular Carrara marble countertop and of course Brad's guy was so patient with me and got me exactly what I was looking for and never rushed me to make a decision. And let's not forget about the amazing custom fireplace that I had envisioned and Brad and his team worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Burns Construction company! I will use them again in the future for all of my renovations!

    Brad did the remodel of my home and we've been finding issues for two months straight. The plumber and electrician he sent out to fix issues weren't even licensed. He sent his guys out on multiple occasions and never showed his face even after he said he would on multiple occasions. We have issues with plumbing, electrical, drywall, unlevel floors causing vinyl to break, flooding crawl due to improperly installed sump pump, and they "forgot" to install the water softener! The list goes on and on, just a general lack of attention to detail, pride in their work and an exceptional lack of accountability. When confronted he became angry and unprofessional.

    We have done scores of renovations and remodels over 30 years and this was the absolute worst contractor we have ever done business with. If anyone wants to know the many reasons why to NOT do business with this contractor, I will be glad to relay the experiences. In brief, irresponsibility, unfinished work, lack of quality, terrible communication, unwillingness to line itemize/price even the largest portions of work, arrogance may sum it up. When demand is greater than supply, they will find more work. When things slow down, mediocrity and less will remain Burns Construction's legacy.
