  repair Manitowoc ice machine

  Let me beginning by saying if it were possible to give negative stars, I would!
  Over a month ago I hired Burrier to repair our Manitowoc ice machine. They came out to assess the situation and determined that the water pump was bad. We gave the okay to order the part and for them to install it. They came out to do the installation on June 3. Later that day, after the installation had been performed we realized that the machine was not producing the ice as it should, and that water was pouring out of the inlet and outlet to the pump, all over the electronics. We tightened the clamps, which the technician had left loose! Which resolved the water issue, but still the ice was not being made correctly. I called Burrier a few days later and reported our issues. A tech was sent out to determine why the machine was not functioning correctly. We were told two sensors needed replaced. We ordered the sensors a few weeks later. They came out to install them on July 2. The tech installed them and informed me that the machine was working just fine and had made 3 batches of ice. As I was sitting doing my work I realized that I hadn't heard any ice drop. I went to inspect the machine and realized that the technician had lied to me. No ice had been made at all! And, the grid where the ice forms was hot to the touch, and should be cold. The machine ran for a while attempting to work and then shut itself off. I called Burrier again. The same day they sent the tech back out with his supervisor. The two men spent quite some time staring at the machine, brushing of my inquiries as to what was happening. The supervising tech tried to tell me that our water pressure was too high. Which is false, as the machine can handle a maximum psi of 80. Which I informed him of. He then told me it is the expansion valve. They left with out giving me much information. I called the office to try to find out what was happening. After speaking with the owner of Burrier, he told me he believes the issues is actually the compressor, he told me he would contact me with a plan. Around this time the techs came back saying they needed to look at something, they put the screen filter back in, which they failed to put back when they were there originally. In the process they knocked the drain loose, and didn't notice. Then they left again.. So again, water is now coming out of my ice machine, this time on to the fan! We repaired that. After multiple calls, the owner informed me that they had an ice machine that he was willing to give us to make the situation right. He said he would get it up and running and contact me. A few days went by with no communication. I finally spoke with him and he informed me that the machine he was offering would not work. I informed him that I wanted a 100% refund or for him to repair my machine completely, on his dime. He agreed to the refund. But only offered $400, even though I had paid out over a thousand dollars at this point!
  This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and not capable of performing repairs properly. The tech was more concerned with chit-chatting than repairs, and haphazardly put the machine back together. The supervising tech was dismissive and called me "dear" in a very condescending manner. The owner made promises that he did not keep.
  After inspection of our ice machine we found multiple parts left loose, and also came to realize there is an onboard computer that can run diagnostics. But apparently Burrier didn't know that or they would have used it to determine the exact problem. I am out over $1000 just in payments to them, not including the bags of ice I've needed to purchased or the hourly wages I've had to pay an employee to sit and wait for these so called techs to not repair the machine! And, my ice machine still does not work!
