They came out and rebuilt a complete new WC for one of my toilets. It continued to use way too much water. They sent the same plumber out a second time and he said he could not find anything wrong. The plumber seemed to not want to listen to me and was very rude. Bottom line is that I still have a toilet that uses way too much water.
