I had 5 other plumbers come to my house. One only spoke English and I would grade this plumber at 3 stars. I then went to a wholesale plumbing store. I thought Butch Theis owned the store. He saw the part that I had in my hand and he instantly recognized it. I then said, "Hey, do you have a card?" I called him; he came out to my house; I have never had more professional plumbing workmanship in my life. I grade this plumbing contractor as a "10". There are no better...you may have to wait...but it is worth waiting for this level of craftmenship and reliability.
