Butch's handyman service overcharged me for materials and sales tax. There is an unsatisfied judgement against this business by the Galen Small Claims court.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband & I were awarded over $1200 in court against Butch's Handyman Services for breach of contract & extra costs we had to pay out of pocket as a result of his not adhering to the contract which resulted in significant delays in our home construction back in 2010 and he never paid. I know this was awhile ago but until we receive what we were awarded in court I will continue to pop up every so often as he appears on different websites to ensure others know about this & hopefully can avoid the hassle that we went through.
ETA: Forgot to mention that he provided us with FALSE documentation of his insurance coverage at the time. When we ended up having to take him to court, we contacted the insurance provider whose proof of coverage he gave us only to find out that he had no coverage due to not paying his premium months prior to when he gave us the paper saying he had coverage. His coverage had lapsed, he knew it, yet he was still giving out papers from prior to his insurance cancellation.
