Kodi did a great job explaining everything he was doing to me. My system is on the older side and I was told it would go any minute and servicemen tried to sell me other products to keep it going. Kodi allayed that fear but recommended that I start preparing to replace it and didn't try to sell me anything. And he showed up ON TIME a real plus for me. I would recommend his company to everyone I know.
