Don't even know where to start. Our pool cage got damaged during Irma. We called several places to get a quote and it was hard as there was damage all over. Finally Butler came out in Oct. and did a quote. We had to wait a few months for the insurance to pay and once we received the money and our tax return we had all the money for the repairs. When you call no one answers the phone you have to leave a message. When I called back in March it took over a week for a call back. I was told they would call by the end of the week and put us on the schedule. Well a few weeks went by with no call back. I called and left another message. No call back. I called again and again left another message. Again no call back. I called again and behold someone answered the phone on 4/23/18. I was told that they do contractor work first as it pays the bills, but would call me back at the end of the week. Guess what? No call back. I understand that one gets busy, but to drag this out for months, and to more or less snub our business is not good professional customer service. I guess $7500.00 to $9000.00 is not enough for this company to be worried with. We should have been told from day one that they were not interested in doing what they consider not enough to pay the bills. We now have called a new company who is more than happy to fix our pool cage and take our money. Not impressed with this company and how they run their business. Would never recommend this company for any job. Customer service means a lot in this day and time when customer service is lacking in so many places. So I will take my $7500.00 to $9000.00 to a company who doesn't think that our job is not enough for them. I gave a one because I couldn't give a minus 10 to this company. Thanks for nothing Butler Aluminum.
