I had a great service from Abba. He was on top of the situation going an extra mile to help us get the water heater installed the sooner possible. He dealt with the tenant, the manager and the insurance company in the best possible way to get the job done in a timely manner and very polite all the time. I would recommend him to anyone.

Simple water heater job covered by my home warranty. Came out on a Friday saw us with 3 kids and no water. Job was approved and Buzz Services added on a $655 fee for upgrades and modifications that weren't needed. Spent all day Monday trying to get ahold of him just to have him quit the job and leave me with no water. Terrible customer service and I warn anyone who uses this guy to not use him.

They were hired and scheduled to fix my hot water heater and NEVER showed up. I called and texted with the technician asking what happened and there was no response or attempt to resolve the problem. Do no trust this company.

It was a terrible experience working with Buzz services. They were hired by the Warranty company to repair the water heater and the after submitting the diagnosis that the heater needs to be replaced and once the warranty company approved it, the technician never showed up. There was absolutely no communication and he would not pick up the calls. Eventually after 3 days the warranty company had to hire another technician to do the job.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional.
