There is never a time that we hang up on clients when we are discussing anything about your project or at anytime . I would love to see any paperwork that you have to explain your comment of “500%I inflation rate of projects “ . Our “ markup” if we are performing a costs plus project is 20% for overhead and profit and we provide all receipts for materials and sub contractors invoices so it would be impossible for us to mark up 500% ! If we are the company that you hired then I am very sorry that you felt that way and wish you had brought your concerns to my attention ,. Please respond at your convenience Gayle Buzzelli
