    Whole House Re-stucco
    $26,600

    We got three estimates for a full re-stucco of our 3,000 sq ft 2 story house in Rio Rancho. BW Earp came in the cheapest (by several thousand dollars over two other VERY famous re-stucco businesses). We were a little nervous about such a difference but the owner, Bryan, took a great deal of time to explain the process and what exactly they would do to extend the life of our home and to renew its appearance. Although the work started later than originally estimated the whole house was done in about 9 working days. Costs matched the estimate exactly - no surprises! Crew was professional and cordial. They did a great job protecting everything around the house that wasn't getting stucco'd. Such a very pleasant experience considering what a difficult job it is. The house looks great. I really love the elastomeric stucco that they used and what the finished product looks like.

    We had a new color coat done on our home by BW Earp, Inc. and are very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Brian came and did the estimate right away. Was in no hurry. Spent a lot of time with me going over how the job would be done and gave me the total estimate before leaving. His crew was exceptional. They treated my wife and I and our property with a great deal of respect. They were very careful to protect the ground, windows and doors, and left no trash behind for me to clean up. They actually did more than the contract called for. For instance, we had an area around a new door that had been installed a few years earlier. The crew spent time on the initial prep, building up the stucco around the perimeter of the door with a base coat so that it was bull-nosed and looked so much better than before. After the color coat was put on, it was if the door had always been there. I still stand out there and admire it. Our home looks like new now. Cracks were repaired with fabric mesh. Color stains from previous sprinkler systems are now gone and the color and texture is just beautiful. It wasn't just professional care. It was personal care that we received from Brian, his crew and his wife the entire time. I absolutely recommend this company. K. Reed - Albuquerque, NM
