    Install light
    $75

I have had bad experiences with contractors -- and good ones too. This was bad. I called Billy to ask if he could install a light fixture the next day. Not a hard job, but he agreed, we agreed on a price, and he told me he would call me when he could come out -- "about 1." Based on that, I drove out to my Yucca Valley weekend home from Los Angeles. 2 hours. The next day -- nothing. So I called Billy at about 3:27 pm. He sounded flustered, like he had forgotten. OK, when can you come out. "45 minutes to an hour at most. I'm nearby and just need to finish up." OK. No word. Called again at 5:54. It went to voicemail. Left a message. Called again at 7:10. Voicemail. He never came out, he never called back to apologize or try to reschedule. He still hasn't, 3 days later. It took 3 hours to drive back to L.A. I have never submitted a bad review for anyone. Ever. But I am not sure how Billy stays in business.
