Incredibly unprofessional experience. I was called by the individual in charge of doing measurements for my carpet approximately 2 hours before the window of my slotted time. She stated that she was in the area of my home and would be able to stop by in 30 minutes if that was acceptable. I was unable due to other obligations, and her response was a elongated exaggerated "yeahhhh" when I asked if we could stick with my original scheduled time. She then promptly hung up without saying another word. A few hours later I received a text from her stating that she was going to "need to reschedule my appt today" and gave me the option of telling her a different day and time or calling the office. I contacted the office and left the voicemail they requested, but was not called back. I texted her asking for for further assistance, which she then stated that she couldn't come to do my measurements today due to her not having enough gas in her car. Overall, I am going with another company. Unprofessional is the only word I can associate with my experience.
