Reasonable contractor excellent workmanship, Job done on time and with in budget. Dave provided his estimate and was a little higher than the low bidder but some thing about his demeanor told me to go with him. Boy was I right! The garage I had him build was done first rate. His subcontractors did excellent work was clean and kind. Dave him self is professional. He found mistakes with are drawings from our designer and brought them to our attention on the first meeting before he gave us the price which resulted in our saving 10 % on the job. He did such a good job that we gave him an addition to do also and that came out good also.
