If I could give a rating of zero I would. BXC replaced my roof May 27 and May 28. They destroyed my flower beds. I asked them to not block my garage door twice. They ignored my request. Their promise of being professional is a total lie. I found the using my garden hose trying to revive my plants. When I asked them not to, they lied and said my sprinkler system turned on. My sprinkler system was turned off. When I pointed out the hose had not been returned to the way I coil a hose, he kept up his lie. They had looped the hose around one of my sprinkler heads in flower bed. There was no way you could pull the hose and have it uncoil. Beware! They make a good sales pitch but that is where it ends.

We had called several roofers within the area of Holly Lake Ranch, after a 100 ft. pine tree fell through our attic during the ice storm. I called one or two and they came out really quick to give an estimate and then never heard from them again. A friend recommended BXC and Tracy Glasco (BXC) responded immediately. He gave the estimate and assured us they would start and finish the job, paperwork to shingles, and communicate all to our insurance company. A few days later, my husband had major heart failure and had to have open heart. I had to be at the hospital with him. Tracy assured me the work would continue and it did. I felt like I had a "caring friend in my corner", not just a roofer/business man. He kept me informed and up to date with progress of the job. The men he placed at my house were very skilled and I am so pleased with the outcome of my home. We had a large, gaping hole at the peak of our roof that opened to the attic. You would never know the amount of damage by looking at the finished roof. They matched the ten year old shingles perfectly!! All the crews sent out were courteous and careful not to damage flowers and other yard art that was in the work area. I would not hesitate to give BXC a FIVE STAR review!! I had peace of mind, during this serious, trying time that the work would be completed, even with us being at the hospital!!!! Call BXC if you have a roofing problem!!
