He finished our project months over the scheduled time, and the people he hired stole things out of our garage (ladder, garden tools), used our compost bin as their trash can, used our raised beds for a saw horse, and destroyed our hoses by ruining the threads. He didn't return calls, didn't show up for appointments (we missed work to meet him), and generally behaved obnoxiously throughout.
