I had a wonderful experience working with Cliff to build our dream home in Morgan Ut. Cliff was thorough and up front with his description of options and costs. It was a challenge working with Morgan county, building on a mountainous lot with a creek using a septic system, well, and propane. It was great to deal with someone who had already built homes under similar circumstances, he knew where the hurdles would be. Cliff was super responsive via text message, and was proactive in his communication with me. Cliff's team of contractors were great to deal with. I talked with several of them who had worked with Cliff for years and would not work for other general contractors. I have been very satisfied with the entire home design/build process.
