    Build a home

    We have been completely satisfied with our home. Charles and Josh worked hard to make us happy during construction. They were willing to make any changes we wanted. After moving in, we did have a few issues, but when we notified them, the calls were returned within a few days if not the same day and repairs made. We understand that things happen when building a house. Even after a year, I feel if we had an issue, Charles would be there to help us. I would recommend C and C / Caliber and Charles.

    We've been in our home almost 4 years now and have no complaints! At the time we were building I was extremely pregnant....need I say more!! I must have changed my mind a million times!!!! Charles was amazing and was super patient and compassionate. As promised when we had our punch list at the end of the year, everything was completed! Would definitely use C & C again!

    C And C Built our home in 2016 and they were awesome to work with! Charles is extremely laid back and didn't mind if we changed our minds a millions times, he was always accommodating. The project was complete in 4 months, even with super storm Jonas causing some delays. C And C has now dissolved, but Charles has started a new company called Caliber Home builders, and these are NOT the same company. I would recommend Caliber to anyone, we will certainly be using Charles for our next home.

    Buyers beware, C and C is now operating under the name Caliber HomeBuilder, but it's the same contractor and same crappy work! A home built by C and C/Caliber not even 6 months old, has both the front porch and rear deck falling apart and hardwood flooring splitting and popping up, among other things. Nobody should have to call someone to make major fixes to a house not even a year old. Their homes are put together as cheaply and quickly as possible, with no quality control. Several home owners experience problems a new home should not have and when trying to contact Charles, they get the run around or ignored. Please use caution before wasting your money on a home built by Caliber or C and C.

    C and C were great! they always did what they said they would do. We had one persisting issue with our house and The guys did everything they could until the issue was resolved. Sometimes it took them a little while to get to it but they always came through! There is something called patience and not very many people have any now a days. We've been in our home for 3 years and it is great!

    C and C built my house and I have had nothing but trouble with them. They did not do things that were promised. They don't answer my phone calls, and don't want to fix any of the issues. Would NEVER reccommend them to ANYONE.
