The work that was done by the staff was quality work. The stucco came out looking very close to what they had to match. The problem came when I noticed that they painted the garage in the wrong color. They assumed, incorrectly, that my house was darker due to it needing a powerwash when instead my house was cream-colored not white as they believed. Not once was I asked what color my house was painted, nor was I shown a brochure of sample colors. When I finally realized what had happened they were contacted to correct the color and leave the job correctly handled. But rather than correct their mistake they refused to correct their mistake leaving me with a garage that was a different color than my house. What could have been a simple fix turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I think that a company that chooses to leave a customer with a bad experience rather than provide a quick fix, it makes me question their priorities and desire to provide an excellent customer experience to match nice work.
