We have been informed that Curtis Perry’s license has been permanently REVOKED - and spending 30 days in prison. He should spend 30 years behind bars- he’s stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from many innocent families - we need to all go after him !

Curtis Perry took $11034 as a deposit to build our log home and never showed up. We just won our case in court and will be going after him. He kept promising to repay us but now he does not even answer the phone. Stay away from this man

I paid this man 300,000 in full a year and a half ago and I'm always texting him and calling him with no answer for weeks sometimes months at a time. And still no home to live in

August 3, 2020New cabin construction
Curtis Perry took a $6800 deposit from me on 1 January 2020 and has done absolutely nothing since. My attorney will be requested a refund of this money. Stay tuned and stay away from this man.

Curtis Perry abandoned our log home before finishing it and will not reply to calls or texts. He kept saying he would come by and work on it and never came. He failed multiple inspections and has just left the cabin unfinished and will not give us our money back for what we paid him to complete. He lied to us continually and we are stuck with an unfinished cabin and out of a lot of money due to him misconduct

He is under Timber Mountain Log Homes now and I got lucky because he wasn’t able to build my cabin so he subbed it out to Thomas Construction 910-574-1784 who was GREAT!!! Curtis however is not. He is all talk and even though he subbed it out, I had to pay him according to the agreement because I had already given 7k + deposit. He still changed some of the numbers and tried to get an additional $2000 from me AND managed to screw over Thomas Construction as well. He lied to both of us but because Thomas Construction was so great, I got a very nicely built cabin. But DO NOT USE Curtis Perry!
Use Dennis Thomas 910-574-1784, he is honest, very skilled, patient, works very well with the home owner and puts a lot of time and care into the project. Thomas Construction 5 Stars!!!!!
