Spent time talking to me about options, close inspection of furnace situation and water heaters (unbraced)--very upfront about pricing (fair), knowledgeable, personable. Took the time to help me think about other house problems (I brought them up) and telling me how I could do the work myself if I wanted to (no pushing).
