    Do NOT HIRE this company for any reason.
    Their license has been suspended on several occasions and is suspended now.
    I have a very large lawsuit against them right now, they destroyed my home to the point that it was deemed inhabitable by the city.
    So far their mess has cost over $25,000. to repair and finish for a bid of $8,000. completed.
    They lied from the beginning about everything, Edward Blackshear is a violent man and loves to fight.
    They have an "F" rating with the BBB and have been sued on several occasions and have lost (this is all public records).
    I have been contacted by several other people who have had problems with Blackshear, some have been paid by ROC@602-542-1525.
    All the stories are the same, Blackshear promises to do the work as contracted, they take your money, don't show up as promised, you never see a crew, he always has excuses ( lots of deaths in his family), NEVER finishes the job and on top of it all he will send you an invoice and threaten you if you don't pay it.
    Please DO NOT use them for anything, if you do, I promise you will be the next one writing a story on here.

    Hired Blackshear Construction to do painting and wall retexturing for my home. He walked off job before he finished the project. Called Registar of Contractors and filed complaint. They found his work was below minimum standards. We took he to court and we were awarded a settlement and the ROC suspended his license as of 12/2017.

    Considered for Foundation Repair

    Contractor indicated he would call me back in one hour. He didn't. He then came up with some BS excuse. He was not professional. I felt if I couldn't depend on him returning a call, how could I depend on him if I hired him.
