C Breeze Heating & Air Conditioning

Sea breeze air and heat installed my ac.s in buxton n.c. And it’s cost me a fortune every year because of attic unit, not enough fall on the drain for the pan, they work on it a couple of times each year and it cost me $200 to $300 every time they work on it but never fix the problem, they installed it and never resolve the problem, I have never given a bad review on anyone, but this is ridiculous! Now it’s ruined my wall and ceiling and is costing a whole lot more to fix!

Kenny is a truly great person and his 3 sons that work for him have been shown those values as well. A true cut above to replace 3 ac units for our beach house and the coil all in under 4 hours. They were professional, friendly and courteous throughout the entire time. They also cleaned up after so you couldn’t even tell.

This company is first rate. Kenny Herring is honest, reliable, responsive, and excellent at his craft. His crew and staff are equally proficient and professional! Our AC unit starting acting up on a Sunday night, I texted Kenny and he responded immediately. They just completed installation of a new HVAC system for our condo and I couldn’t be happier! If you need a new unit, they recommend one suited for your location (in our case, the coast) and the size of your home. They are prompt to respond and repair. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I don't often write reviews but I must share my experience with C Breeze. I am new to the area and this company was a referral. Our upstairs AC was not working at all and we could not figure out the problem. The technician who came to the house was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He patiently explained the problem and then fixed it. It was a minor connection problem and he had the AC working in no time. He then called his boss to explained what the problem had been and there was no charge. I have not received such customer service in quite a long time. There is no question that I will use C Breeze for any AC repair that I need in the future, and when it is time to replace my units, my first call will be to them.
