We recently had the pleasure of working with C&C Stucco and Siding, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. David, the owner, and his team replaced our old siding with beautiful Hardie Board, handled the flashing and gutters, and did it all with incredible precision and care.

From start to finish, they were excellent -- clear, responsive, reliable, and kept a very clean worksite. Their attention to detail and quality of their work is amazing. The project was completed on time, at a fair price, and throughout the entire process, we felt confident that we could trust them to do an outstanding job.

David and C&C were phenomenal from the quick initial responses from a voicemail all the way through completion of the project. We had new siding for the home along with shudders and gutters. David was extremely thorough and went the extra mile and was able to complete the project well in advance of the estimated timeframe which meant less time with a dumster and port-a-potty in our driveway! The work itself was great, the product is excellent as well but that you can get anywhere. David and his team were amazing to work with and were very amenable to my many needs/requests. Each day they cleaned up fully and left nothing a mess throughout the demolition and installation stages. I could not be more thrilled with how it turned out AND how well C&C worked during the project! They will be called again to do my next project - our roof!

We are extremely happy with the residing job done by Dave and C&C Stucco & Siding. We were looking to remove stucco on our home’s exterior and replace it with something. Dave is extremely approachable and easy to talk with, and he recommended a solution that we would never have come up with on our own. This included the stucco removal as well as new window installations. Dave was meticulous and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction. We recently hired David Condon and C & C Plastering to remove the old stucco from our chimney
and replace it with stone, which matched the stone on the front of the house.
They also repaired the stone steps to the front porch.

David and his crew were fantastic. From the initial quote generation to the final touches, he was easy to communicate with and is just an overall nice guy. Some highlights: his quote was lower than most of his competitors because he doesn’t have as much overhead, he completely replaced the stucco on our 3000 sq ft home with Hardie within 1 month (as promised), his crew cleaned up meticulously after every day (which was especially nice because we have a dog and young child who use the yard), and David was on site most days to check on progress. My husband and I discovered C&C Plastering by "chance!" A reliable contractor for our stucco home issues was needed when we observed a stucco removal/Hardie siding installation underway at a residence we often passed...not in our neighborhood. At whatever stage of work, the property appeared neat and clean even with building materials on site ready for use. Over several weeks, we watched each "layer" of stucco removal/exterior repairs/prep/siding installation as it was executed. Had a great experience working with David Condon and his team. Initially I contacted David while purchasing a house that had potential stucco issues to get advice. He patiently talked through the options and gave explanations of the whole process. His quote was fair, not the cheapest but not nearly as expensive as others. And after driving by other houses he's repaired we were really convinced and chose to move forward with the vinyl residing. The work crews were exceptional. The work was done quickly and most importantly properly. The attention to detail was great and everything turned out better than we could have hoped for. David was super responsive to any and all questions I had throughout the job and his team went the extra mile when some hidden issues were discovered. C&C Plastering & Siding FAR exceeded our expectations! The crew was prompt every morning and worked far into the evening. They were extremely detailed and cleaned up every day before leaving. Their work was truly done to perfection. When they completed the window replacements, they even wiped everything down & the interior was cleaner than when they started! Dave Condon of C&C Plastering and his crews did an excellent job on our exterior home renovation in the summer of 2021. His crews removed all stucco, found no damage thank goodness. Installed new stucco to the new codes, the best texture I've ever seen, on the Front of our home. Installed a Stone wainscoting around the perimeter, the entire chimney and the front middle. Installed insulated siding on the other three sides of our home. Installed all new gutters, down spouts, soffit and facer. Replaced all windows and doors. Dave was there daily with his crews and managed the job very well from start to finish. He was easy to work with as I was hands on and involved with the project on a daily basis as an active do it yourself homeowner. The bottom line is that Dave Condon did what he said he would do and did it when he said he would do it. My wife and I would highly recommend Dave Condon of C & C Plastering.
