Chad has been beyond outstanding. Always pleasant and patient. He did electrical and plumbing work on both of the homes I am buying and selling. Very honest and very reasonably priced. A gem in a n industry of service that is not usually honest and over charges. Highly recommend and will use him for all of my plumbing and electrical needs.
