Had an issue with my ac unit in a new home build with Distinctive Home Builders. Called C&E directly instead of dealing with the builder.
Jeff came out and personally inspected the unit.
There what I appreciate
Jeff told me the what he believed was going on with our AC, he was honest when telling me what he did might not be the fix and said if its not the problem, he would swap out the coil under warranty.
I appreciate honesty, even when it doesn't benefit me at the time.
Honesty is hard to find these days, I will definitely refer Jeff and C&E in the future.
