Scheduled appointment to have electrical work at home. Took a vacation day from work to be home that day. Called night before to confirm appointment. 2 1/2 hours after estimated appointment, called for an ETA. Was told that my job was forgotten. This after a confirmation call the evening before. Was asked to reschedule. Lol. Why would I ever take additional time off from work hoping they would remember to show up?
