C & H is a terrible contractor; I hired them to build a retaining wall at my home. They took half the money up front to start the job, showed up the first day and started digging the trench, never finished the trench and never showed up again to complete the job. They also never returned the money for the unfinished work and will not return phone calls or texts. Don't take a chance on these con artistes!!!!!
