    PLEASE BEWARE!!! I would not allow this man to build a house for our dog! We just bought a “new” construction home this past April that he constructed in 2021. He advertised this house as a “quality built NEW home with gorgeous SS appliances.”

    This home was lived in by Chad and his dogs while being constructed - maybe a violation of his construction loan with the bank??? He used mismatched appliances and left a new washing machine that did not work in the basement - oh, and did I mention the 10-year-old refrigerator??? Other distressing highlights include a used bathtub in the guest bathroom, an out of the box under mount kitchen sink that I saw at Costco last weekend, as well as used cabinets in the guest bath. Since moving in less than two months ago, we replaced the flooring that his dogs had scratched in places and during the tear out got a glimpse of the quality of his workmanship. We have electrical issues, plumbing issues, and the company that installed the well informed us that they had to rebuild it because Chad and his crew ran over it during construction. Of course, this information was NEVER disclosed to us prior to closing.

    On closing day, 4/22/2022, I was so excited to enter our new home. I was disappointed as soon as I walked through the door! This guy did not even clean the house before he left! It looked like a college dorm in here! Dirty bathrooms, filth and remains left in most of the appliances, large spackled places on the walls left unpainted, and carpeting ruined by dogs. There is not a straight wall in the house nor a square piece of trim/baseboard.

    New house! Lol!

    This guy is a scammer. I am sure that he defrauded the bank with his draws - you cannot claim new items and install used items! All that I have seen is a crappy builder with a terrible work ethic - he is dishonest, he is disorganized and he has a VERY dirty work style and is filthy in the way he lives.

    I have pictures, videos, and a stack of bills accumulating to support these statements.

    I have used Chad on several projects and continue to be amazed with the resources at his disposal. Chad gets it done on time and on budget every time. I would recommend his work to anyone.
