C and K was hired by my General Contractor to install new air and heat units. There were numerous issues that were never resolved. They were paid in full and I was left with enormous problems. I ended up dealing with the owner of C and K as my contractor commanded little or no respect from his sub contractors. C and K would not return my calls and refused to do any work after they had their money. They left me no choice but to try and resolve my issues through the Better Business Bureau.
My air and heat systems ,3 in all , were never balanced leaving some rooms frigid and other rooms stuffy. I found out too late that C and K was not even an authorized dealer for the brand of air and heat equipment they installed which means they are not even trained to install or service these units. They also installed larger units ( more tons) than I needed for my square footage causing my costs to be higher than necessary.
I would not advise anyone to use C and K under any circumstances.
