For those of you that know me I normally do not post negative reviews on services but I feel I need to share this with those family and friends in the local Huntsville, AL area.
I purchased a home Oct 2020 during the home inspection there was a note of discoloration of some wood in the attic, the previous owners had a worker come in the said it was just from a previously leak that was fixed by C & K roofing in June 2019. C & K roofing replaced the roof, the flashing around the chimney and some dry wall damage in the master closet due to the leak.
I recently found water damage in my closet when I was moving shoe boxes around. After having my insurance inspector come out they determined that the leak was caused by the flashing around the chimney not being sealed properly.
I contacted C & K numerous times after they asked me to provide photos from the insurance inspector, but they would never respond. So I contacted them via Google chat and I have attached their responses. The proper customer service is to acknowledge receipt of what they asked me to provide, but just to ignore my calls and messages is disrespectful.
They said I have bullied them when I stated I would share my experience with others and with the BBB which is my right to do so.
I do no recommend this company to anyone. Definitely not a way to treat any Veteran.
