    Deck and sunroom
    $40,000
    75 days

    C and M remodeled our deck and sunroom. Carrol refused to examine the piers under the deck and the sunroom is now sinking and piers are cracked. He installed an under deck drainage system that leaked from start of service. The staircase from deck to patio is built with untreated lumber and is rotting out. Carrol refuses to return telephone calls or cooperate with our efforts to fix our home. Cost of repairs is in excess of 10000.00
