We have only loved it our home for 2 years and the hired C&M plumbing has been nothing but trouble. Our septic pump had to be replaced 3 days after move in due to improper installation. Now we have had constant issues they have put bandaids on through poor quality work. Not replacing items on the septic it needs, smearing glue to glue pipping back, and the list goes on and on. Now they refuse to come out to fix their issue never completely finished a month ago because we are 5 days over our 2 year warranty. Although one of the works told us we have 3 years but the company would never admit to that. I’m not sure what he meant by that but I intend to find out.

Incompetent technicians or shoddy business practice, you decide. Poor at achieving resolution on initial visit due to lack of preparation and lack of care. Caused damage to our property and refused to take responsibility calling us liars because that is easier and cheaper which is how they do their repairs too.

Brandi and Liz were very professional, polite, friendly, empathetic to my needs and very "down to Earth". They scheduled my services expeditiously and everything was done on time and as scheduled. They sent me profile pictures of the servicemen so I'd be able to identify them when they arrive. Gabe, Richard and George were also very professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and "down to Earth". They explained everything they were doing and took time to answer all of my questions. They kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. (They even let me know when they were taking their lunch break). They also sent me before, during and after photos of their progress. They made sure my yard was clean and all debris removed before they left. C&M prices for my projects were very inexpensive compared to other places locally. And they accepted all forms of payments. I'm very pleased with the outcome of their service and I recommend them to everyone.
