I can't speak highly enough about Brandon and his team. My small business needed a permanent facility, and my landlord contracted C.M.R.S. to do a good amount of the work. While the other contractors brought in were either UNBELIEVABLY slow, did shoddy work that had to be redone, or both, C.M.R.S. was quite the opposite.
What's more, Brandon took my project personally. For example, he informed me of foodservice establishment requirements and details I had not known about and offered to do the work. Had he not let me know, it would have taken even longer to get into my building. Additionally, he recognized that my business was a startup trying to get off the ground. As such, he put in additional effort because he knew how urgently I needed my facility. He provided me with lower-cost (yet still good quality) alternatives where possible in order to help my business get moving without costing me substantially more than I'd already spent.
In short, if you need a contractor who takes pride in his work, knows what he's doing, has a rather impressive skillset (residential, commercial, foodservice, etc), and is an honest businessman, I would definitely recommend Brandon and his team at C.M.R.S.
